Directions

• If you have an IBS or serious gut problem take probiotics daily as part of the gut pampering stack

• Adults: 5ml per day. Mix in a glass of water. 

• Children above 10: 5ml per day. Mix in a glass of water. Children below 10 should use Rawbiotics Kids

• Can be taken at any time, with or without food. Can mix with Nucleo.

Why liquid Probiotics?
