Nucleo Discount

Is there a discount on Nucleo?

Yes if you order 3 or more packs of Nucleo (any combination of flavours), you receive a R50/pack discount. Simply type "nucleodiscount" as discount code and click on the APPLY button, on the checkcheckout page.

Shipping and Delivery

What is the shipping cost?

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown on the checkout page when you have entered your delivery address. There are options with Pargo which ship to a collection point near you, The Courier Guy home delivery which is preferable outside Gauteng and Fastway which might be cheaper but takes much longer than Pargo or The Courier Guy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders and payments before 13:00 will be packed and collected by the courier that same afternoon (Mon-Fri). Deliveries in Gauteng should be the next business day. Deliveries outside Gauteng in main cities, will be delivered within 3 business days. Deliveries to smaller towns, could take up to 6 business days. The above is valid for Pargo and The Courier Guy. Fastway could take several days longer.

Where can I collect?

You can choose the pick up option before checkout to collect at our warehouse in Pretoria when your order is packed. Look out for an email notification with code for the collection box when your package is ready.

Is Nucleo available at Health Shops?

As manufacturer, we generally supply Nucleo directly to customers all over the country. This ensures that Nucleo is delivered at the best price possible to your door. If you don't mind paying a bit extra then ask your local health shop to order from us at wholesale prices and we will stock them.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You should receive several emails from Nutribrands. First, when you register. Then, when you place your order, pay for the order, and when your order is ready for collection or shipped. Once the order has been collected, you will also receive an email from the courier with your pin or waybill number. If you do not receive any of these emails (check in your spam or junk mailbox), your email may be incorrect. Please mail nucleo@nutribrands.co.za with your correct address.
