Taking at least Nucleo and Weightwell, should provide sustained weight loss results within 4 months. Especially when taken after 16 hours of fasting:

Step 1: Bust the myths

Food is the funnel by which Big Pharma gains most of its customers. If you can be convinced that good food is bad and bad food is good, you're Big Pharma's customer for life...
So now lets
- stop blaming salt for what sugar has done to create fat and high blood pressure.
- stop blaming eggs for what toast has done to create fat.
- stop blaming healthy fats/oils for what processed carbs have done to create fat.
- stop blaming butter for what margarine has done to compromise the intestine.
- stop blaming cholesterol for what inflammation caused by sugar has done to arteries and heart health.
- stop blaming animal products in general (grass fed meats, Omega 3 fats, eggs, butter), which helps to lose weight much faster than a strict vegetarian diet.
Step 2: It is not only about calories
The secret to weight loss is to take less calories without feeling hungry...
Say you have two meals A and B.
They have exactly the same calories.
Meal A spike insulin (high carbs/sugar).
Meal B lowers insulin (high protein/fats, low carbs).
When Insulin spikes (=too much sugar), it wants to "save" energy and store as much as possible in tissue (=fat cells). So there is no energy left to fuel the brain.
The brain uses two sources of energy in the blood: ketones (preferred) and glucose.
Meal A lowers glucose and stops the liver from making ketones. so no fuel for the brain. So the brain screams: I am hungry! Even though there are tons of energy stored in fat cells.
If you remove all insulin, it is impossible to get fat. There is nothing to signal storing of the energy.
Meal A spikes insulin 2 - 3 times more than Meal B (high protein). High protein increase ketones (don't feel hungry).
When you're in ketoses you burn fat 3 times faster than when not in ketoses.
After 16 hours of not eating you start forming ketones.
Within two or three weeks on a low carb or ketogenic lifestyle, the liver will burn more than half its liver fat. And then produce more ketones.
This is not the only way to loose weight, but it is the best way to control hunger.
And hunger/cravings is a powerful enemy.
Herewith a general guideline on real food:
Fruits: Three fist-sized portions of in season fruit per week keeps insulin low.
Vegetables and salads: All, except potato and rice (they spark insulin).
Meat and Fish: All grass fed meats (venison if you don't know the source) and fresh fish. Eat as much as you like.
Eggs: Yes! No limit.
Dairy: All types are OK, but not more than a tablespoon of milk a day.
Grains: Only gluten free grains. So no bread, pizza, cake etc.
Sugar: None. No Fruit juice either. Need no insulin spike.
If you do intermittent fasting (2 meals a day) with Nucleo/Weightwell (keeping insulin low) as your first meal (which provides all the nutrition you need for that day), then the above would be your second meal for the day.
Real meals are eaten at real tables. Sit down at a table and eat. If you stand and eat, or watch a screen while eating, your cortisol levels (= stress hormone) do not drop. This means, the food you're eating will be turned into reserve fuel (read: fat) instead of being earmarked for immediate burning.
When you eat later in the evening (2 - 3 hours before you sleep) that food will also be turned into reserves (fat) instead of being burned.
Step 3: Map the path and make it known
Set targets, linked to dates. Don't aim at more than 1 kg weight loss per month. Yes you read that right. Trying to lose more than 1kg per week and then keep it there is not sustainable.
The plan is to never gain what you lose.
Women generally do not lose more than 0.5 kg in 2 weeks under optimal circumstances.
Having said that you might get a wonderful surprise at how effective the Nucleo/Weightwell/Keto combination is.
Regaining your ideal weight is a marathon, not a sprint.
What is "ideal weight"? Take your height in cm and deduct 100 from that number. That is more or less your ideal weight in kg. Muscular men can add about 6 -10 kg above that, but at least you now have a number to guide you.
Stick your map to the fridge (strategic choice) where the family can see it. You can even chart your progress on that same map.
Studies show that implementing a lifestyle change with one or two friends/family helps people maintain their commitment for much longer.
Step 4: Fuel to the fire
You need to understand the difference between good oils and bad oils.
Bad oils are heat-processed oils, like sunflower, canola, sesame oils and terrible margarine. They cause inflammation in the body, with disastrous results.
Good oils are good Omega 3 oils from fish, avo's, nuts or extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin macadamia nut oil and extra virgin coconut oil, flaxeed oil and MCT oil. These good oils will give you energy without harming your body. Take 1-3 tablespoons of any of these per day, mixed in with food. We have fish and MCT oil in Nucleo as well.
Step 5: Skip a meal (or two) - much easier with Weightwell
What happens when you fast?
12 Hours: Full Gut and Liver Detox.
14 Hours: Insulin and Blood Sugar Drops. Fat Burning Kicks In.
16 - 18 Hours: Ketones Kick Started. Best Fuel for the Brain = Better Brain Function.
18 - 24 Hours: Inflammation Drops. Deep Cellular Healing Increases.
24 Hours: Human Growth Hormone Rises (2000% in Men, 1300% in Women).
24 - 36 Hours: Shifting in Gut Microbiome & Increased Intestinal Stem Cells.

If you start with an intermittent fasting plan, studies show the best meal to skip is dinner, but for many, it is their biggest meal. So at least try to finish your dinner by sun down or 3 hours before going to bed. The later you eat the more it turns into fat.
Start with a 12 hour fast and work up to 16 hours over weeks, months and even years.
Fasting gives your gut and gut lining a fighting chance to recover within 12 hours instead of having to digest food all the time. It also reduces calorie intake without counting calories.
Doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) for one day a week taking only Nucleo/Weightell or a Nucleo Smoothie and whey protein for sustained energy will help tremendously. It helps the liver to detoxify, burn fat, create ketones and it helps with lowering insulin further. You also replace all the cells in your intestine with a 24 hour fast. So its very good for IBS or any gut problems.
As it becomes easier you can do two OMAD's or even three a week. The more you do, the more weight you will lose. No use you do it for only one or two weeks, and then gain all of those lost kg's back again. Then rather do only intermittent fasting.
Doing OMAD's for at least three months reverse a lot of chronic pain symptoms and actually increase energy levels. And it will lower blood pressure tremendously.
Fasting is like exercise. The more you do it, the easier its gets. Even if it takes 6 months to get to do one OMAD per week, its worth it.
Keep drinking water on a fast, about 2.5L / day. In fact you should drink about 2.5L every day whether fasting or not. Drink water in between meals. Not during meals.
Step 6: Add some nutrients
There are a two vital nutrients that you can consider to add over and above Nucleo and Weightwell:
1 - Low vitamin D levels are linked to obesity. Our Mega D3 supplies 40,000 IU in one capsule. Taking one capsule twice a week over and above the Vitamin D in Nucleo will help lift your vitamin D blood levels quickly.
2 - Magnesium is involved in virtually every energy-related reaction in the body. Without magnesium, you will struggle to burn fat. We recommend 2 capsules of our MgO or 3- in-1 Ultra Magnesium daily over and above the Magnesium in Nucleo, until you reach your weight goals.
Step 7: Stay hydrated
Drink more water. Make a plan to drink at least 2L of fluids every day – mostly water. In between meals. Not during meals. One way could be to get a flask, filling it with water in the morning and making sure it is empty by evening. More water intake helps the kidneys flush out more waste products. It also decreases appetite, which helps with food cravings between meals. Add a dash of lemon or mint to make it taste interesting.
Step 8: Get enough deep sleep
Few people grasp how important sleep is for weight loss. During deep sleep, cortisol levels drop, which helps you lose weight.
Many people report that 1 x Weightwell, 1 x Adrenal Care with Ashwagandha and magnesium before bed does wonders for sleep.
Go to bed at the same time every night (even on weekends). A fixed bed-time is a precious gift to your brain. Your brain loves routine and a fixed bed-time helps you sleep deeper.
Go to bed at 22.00 or earlier. It may take some getting used to, but eventually you will fall asleep quicker. This is the easiest way to get that magical 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
Turn off wifi and screens at 21.00 every night (the kids will hate you at first). Blue light from screens, wifi and mobile radiation are all linked to sleeplessness and poor sleep quality.
