Nutribrands Return and Refund Policy
At Nutribrands, we prioritise the quality and safety of our health supplements and shakes. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Replacements for Damaged or Broken Goods: We offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or broken. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing proof of damage by taking a couple of photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
- Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of our health supplements and shakes, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products.
- How to Request a Replacement: Contact us at nucleo@nutribrands.co.za with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process and aim to resolve your request asap.
- Exclusions: Products that are not damaged or broken, or those that have been opened or used, are not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.
