By now, we all know that seven to eight hours sleep every night will add many years to your health.

Every person is different. So experiment with various products including what we suggest in our Sleep Stack below. 

As a minimum start experimenting with Weightwell, Adrenal Care with Ashwagandha and Magnesium. You might be surprised about the improvement on other health problems and pains after a few months. 

  1. Take 50g of Nucleo as a lunch or dinner meal replacement (providing all the nutrition you need daily). Try not to eat or taking any alcohol 2.5 to 3 hours before bed.
  2. Take 1 or 2 caps of the Weightwell GLP-1 Activator with Berberine (your hormone/insulin/metabolsim regulator) before bed. This does not only help to stay away from that sugar spiking snack, but is very relaxing.
  3. Take 1 cap Adrenal Care with Ashwaganda, Siberian Ginseng, Rodiola Rosea, Magnesium, Vit B5 and Vit C combo before bed. 
  4. Experiment with various amounts and forms of Magnesium. Take 1 BrainMag (Magnesium L-Threonate) cap with breakfast or lunch. Not before bed. 
  5. Then take 2 to 3 MgO caps before bed.
  6. Or take 2 to 3 ultra Magnesium caps during the day or before bed.
  7. Take 10 to 20 drops of DMSO in about 20ml of water before bed with the other caps to help with its absorption.
  8. Take 1 or 2 caps of Sleep Matrix. Or take one cap Sleep Matrix and one cap Anti-Stress.
  9. Or take one cap Kanna before bed.
  10. Or try extra Vitamin B1 before bed.
  11. Or try CBD oil before bed.
