Studies are showing that intermittent fasting (IF) has significant health benefits such as improved blood pressure and increased testosterone (T) levels.

So I am doing the 16:8 IF (Only eat during an 8 hour window e.g. 12:00 – 20:00 and then eat nothing for 16 hours). I then drink a 50g Nucleo as my first meal or before I go exercising.

We already know that healthy T levels improve concentration, mood, confidence, libido, blood pressure, muscle gain, bone strength and fat loss in men and women.

So I am now combining IF, a healthy diet (including Nucleo), deep sleep (thanks to my CBD oil) and high intensity functional exercise to improve my T levels. Which all contributes to optimal heart, brain, bone and muscle health.
